The Amazing Motivational Speaker Secret To Building self confidence.
We live in such a negative society, is it any wonder why a lot of people's self-confidence self-esteem and self-worth in this global economy is at an all-time low. Our society rewards people for not having confidence by allowing excuses and not accountability for not accomplishing any goals. The reality is if you don't have confidence in yourself you will never fully find success at your school or job.
As a motivational speaker for over 15 years I have found that High Achiever’s and successful people find away to implement these three proven strategies to build self-confidence or like the young people would say SWAGG.
Tip number 1:
Recognize that in any and every situation in your life you are there to solve a problem. Find the problem and then find away to solve it. For example: if you're at a job you need to recognize what problem you are to solve at your job.
We all love problem solvers. Unfortunately many people bring unnecessary problems to the job, making a day at work a drag. I was recently ask to be a motivational speaker for a group of managers at a Hospital and during a group session we pointed out what problems everyone there needs to solve on a day to day basis. This was a great team building exercise for the group because everyone there was able to see what true problem the other was solving.
Tip number 2:
Only associate yourself with people that have a brighter fire then yours.
Whenever I speak to management teams, college students or High Achievers as a motivational speaker I always point out to people that
people you associate yourself with can only contribute to you and your life 4 ways.
They can subtract from you they can divide great things or even divide negative things or they can multiply good things or multiplying negative things to happen in your life.
You want to always surround yourself with people that will add other positive people in your life and/or multiply positive people in your life.
A great way to discover if you are surrounding yourself with the right type of people that are always positive and adding to you. Positive people are battery chargers not drainers. Ask yourself!
Are the type of people you are surrounding yourself with at all times battery chargers or battery drainers?
Tip number 3
Feel every conversation that you have in life with some type of goal in my.
You must constantly fill your spirit and thoughts with your goals in mine.
Athletes understand this concept, football players imagine themselves running for a touchdown, basketball players imagine themselves shooting the last-second shot, what do you imagine you accomplishing.
Put your goals in a constant conversation. Meaning whenever you have a conversation with anyone you want to always find a way to put your goals in that conversation by doing this you will subconsciously build your confidence.
I am confident if you implement these three proven self confidence building tips you will accomplish more and be well on your way to being a High Achiever.
