Motivational Speaker Reveals the characteristics of people who always fail.
We have all tried and failed more than once in our lives, and if you’re anything like me you probably understand that failing is part of the process to success. As a motivational speaker I always tell people any failure in life is nothing more than a success that didn’t last. So when fail in something we must analyze what was the reason we failed so that we are able to not fail in that way again. When we look at failure we can break it down to three different reasons why people fail.
Reason 1: Not Being Focused, On a Goal
The only reason anyone fails is because lack of focus. Focus eliminates unnecessary people, places and things out of our lives. I remember when I was in school, my mother would always say, “Stay focused on your school work.” I never really understood it until one time I was nervous about a test and decided to study for it the entire weekend. My friends laughed at me and I even had a few of them tease me about studying. Imagine that, it seems like if they were true friends they would have been happy about me improving myself in life. But the reality was that they where intimidated about my focus on my goal. You see, I remember how I failed on the same type of test earlier that year and I knew that, I didn’t focus enough on the goal of doing well on the test. What are you not focusing on that is causing you to fail, in some aspect of your life?
Reason 2: Not Knowing What Needs To Be Known To Overcome
There’s an old saying, “Doing the same thing with the same negative outcome is a sign of insanity.” That couldn’t be truer. The more you know in life, the more you will grow. That’s how we get revelation, revelation is not something that wasn’t there, and it is something that is revealed to us that we couldn’t see before. The only way to overcome any type of failure is to get revelation, and the only way to get revelation is to always ask questions of yourself, your goals, and most of all your life. Because every question needs an answer, and once you have answers you grow. You see this in the purest form of a child; a child grows in school and life by asking questions and getting answers. The problem with a lot of people when they fail, they either fail to be honest with themselves and fail to ask themselves the question, “What did I do wrong?” so I can fix it. Or they fail to ask, “What do I need to know to reach my goal.” so they can go the right direction. Or they fail to ask the question “Is this what I am to do in life?”, so I can do what I am called to do.
Reason 3: Not Being Excited About Overcome.
Nothing was ever created without passion. Where passion is permitted energy is unnecessary. You see this when a mother comes home from a long day at work and she is tired. She tells everyone around them that their feet hurt and they can’t walk another step. When they get a call from a friend and the friend tells them that the mall has a sale for the next two hour buy one get one free on shoes at their favorite shoe store. All of a sudden they are healed from their minor foot injuries and run’s to the mall. They are passionate about shoes. Passion is the one thing that failure cannot equal up to.
